CampusGuides has all the features of LibGuides plus several awesome collaborative and content management features, including the ability to organize content in groups, customize them, limit access to them, etc., a powerful form/survey builder that you can use for surveys, quizzes, assessment, and more, improved access controls (IP restrictions on a system/group/guide level, passwords), additional account level for more refined content-creating controls, and full customization at a guide-level (custom headers, footers, etc. for each guide). LibGuides enables libraries to share information with users in a web 2.0 world. Using LibGuides, librarians create useful content, share knowledge, and promote library resources to the community. The system is integrated with Facebook, and LibGuides widgets distribute library content to other websites, blogs, and courseware systems. In addition, patrons can participate in interactive polls and rate individual resources, giving you additional feedback which will help you evaluate and chart the future library service offerings. LibAnswers Platform With the recent addition of LibChat real-time chat service to its LibAnswers suite, Springshare now offers a complete reference platform for libraries, hosted in the cloud. LibAnswers is the only system on the market offering everything a library needs to successfully manage its reference service. Using one system for all reference needs saves librarians time and money. The Mobile Site Builder (MSB) option allows LibGuides/CampusGuides subscribers to create a fully-mobilized library website. In addition, MSB is optimized for all smart phone devices and screen-sizes. Libraries can create a hierarchy menu of 10 top-level and 10 secondary-level menu items and customize the look & feel of their mobile library website. Finally, MSB also allows LibGuides/CampusGuides subscribers to further customize their LibGuides/CampusGuides mobile interface.
